Ordering Data Desk

The prices, in UK£ and US$, for academic and commercial users are listed below, excluding shipping & handling and Value Added Tax (VAT).

You can order Data Desk on-line using our secure shopping cart facility below. Simply choose the required item and price and press the "Add to cart" button in that row to add the item to your shopping cart.

Notes:

1. Academic prices (where offered) apply to students and staff at educational institutions using the software for research as well as charities/NGOs and residents of least developed countries. Governmental bodies pay the commercial price. Commercial prices also apply if the software is to be used for commercial consulting within universities.
2. VAT - Customers within the UK will have Value Added Tax at 17.5% added to the order. Those in other countries in the European Union will also have VAT added, unless they are registered for VAT in their own country and supply their registration number with their order (in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout). Our VAT registration number is GB 625 3760 41.
3. If you wish to order by fax or postal mail, or need to pay by means other than credit card, then you can also use the shopping cart above, but choose the appropriate option when you check out. You can also print out and use our printed order form.
4. All credit card orders are charged in British pounds. The US$ prices apply only when paying in US$ by check (drawn on a US bank) or bank transfer.
5. Your order will normally be processed within two working days. Orders outside of the United Kingdom are shipped by air-mail. Within the UK first class post is used.
6. All prices above are for single computer/user licenses. The program may only be used on a single computer, or by a single user on up to two computers (i.e. a single user can use it on both an office computer and a laptop, so long as no one else is using those computers). Contact us for discounts on multiple copies and site licenses.
